All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods — such as product launches, promotions, or holidays — processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.
We use trusted carriers to get your order there efficiently. Selection is based on the best option for your location.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
For orders shipped outside of Canada, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country.
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages at no additional cost to ensure faster delivery.
If your order includes a pre-order or backordered item:
- Your order may ship once all items are available
- Or items may ship separately at our discretion
