Due to the nature of collectible sealed products and how they are received from distributors and manufacturers, sealed products may arrive with minor cosmetic imperfections, including but not limited to:
We inspect sealed products to ensure the contents and packs themselves have not suffered meaningful damage, and that any visible issues are cosmetic only.
For raw singles, graded cards, and other collectible items, please review descriptions carefully before purchasing. Condition judgments can be subjective — minor print lines, centering variance, factory edge wear, or surface imperfections may be present unless otherwise stated.
We do not accept returns or refunds based on:
- Personal grading expectations
- Centering preferences
- "I thought it would grade higher"
- Minor condition details visible in photos or typical of the product category
All condition-sensitive items are sold as listed.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery timing is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by:
If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with a carrier claim or package trace where applicable.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has not shipped yet, please contact us immediately.
If the order has already shipped to the address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to customer address error.
