Buylist Submission Instructions
Welcome to the CollectorsRealm buylist. Prices displayed on the buylist are in CAD. Follow the steps below to successfully submit your cards.
1Select Your Cards & Conditions
Select all the cards you want to submit to our buylist and choose the correct condition for each card before proceeding.
2Proceed to Checkout
Once all your cards have been entered, click Proceed to Checkout and fill in all the information requested for the buylist submission.
3Buylist Review & Response
Once your buylist request has been submitted, we will review your submission and may adjust or remove individual cards. You will then receive an approval or rejection email for your buylist.
4Packing & Shipping Instructions
If approved, you will receive packing instructions and our shipping address. Please ensure:
- Cards are packed in the exact order presented in the approval email
- Cards are packaged properly to protect them during transit to the Realm
5Tracked Shipping Required
⚠ Tracked shipping is required for all buylist submissions. We cannot be held responsible for packages sent without tracking.
6Share Your Tracking Information
Once your package has been shipped, reply to the approval email with your tracking information.
⚠ We are not responsible for any cards until they have been received and processed by us.
For international buylist submissions, any import duties, taxes, and customs fees will be deducted from the payout.
7Card Confirmation Upon Receipt
When we receive your cards, we will verify every card and condition against what was listed in your original buylist request.
Processing Time
Please allow up to 1 business day after the package is received for processing and confirmation.
8Receiving Your Payout
Payouts are issued based on your chosen method:
Store Credit — applied automatically to your account
Cash — we'll contact you via the email provided with your submission
